Where appropriate, how will you ensure that your project will continue after the expiry of our funding award? What measures will you consider in its successful sustainability and development?

Development of an Exit Strategy
If your project will be finishing after our funding term, please tell us about your exit strategy. Will you be signposting beneficiaries to other provision/providers? How will you ensure a smooth transition for people (including any of your own staff)?
