How will the Project be delivered?
Who will be managing the project? How many people will be working on it? What activities will be undertaken to ensure a smooth operation? What measures do you have in place to cope with any unforeseen problems? 

Any other partners?
Will your project involve any other partners or providers? If you will be receiving referrals, where will they come from? Will the project attract any funding (either directly or “in kind”) from other sources/partners? What role would a partner take? How will any contributions from partners be managed and evaluated?
