Martin Hottass
Job title: Learning and Development Manager UK, Siemens Power Generation
Martin has been with Siemens Power Generation since 2006 and manages the People
Excellence Programme including talent management, graduate recruitment, apprenticeships
and employee up-skilling.
Previously he worked for pharmaceutical manufacturer, sanofi-aventis, where he was
training and development manager before becoming operational business unit manager.
Martin, who has a postgraduate diploma in human resource management, has a strong
background in the field of training. He was previously training officer for Siemens
Microelectronics Limited. Before that he held the position of training co-ordinator
at both Kedder Training and TQG and before that at Oettingen GmbH.
Martin is a member of both the Chartered Management Institute and Chartered Institute
of Personnel and Development.
